Deputy Manager-Solar cell- Process and Qulaity manager
1.Supervise all production activities in all three shift.
2.Lead and manage operators, technicians, and support staff during the shift.
3. Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and manage shift manpower & allocation.
4.Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies on the shop floor.
5. Enforce workplace safety procedures and the use of PPE.
6.Maintain all three shift reports (production output, downtime, issues, material usage, etc.)
7 .Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
