We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform business analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and business performance analysis.
- Analyze sales, profitability, demand forecasting, and customer behavior.
- Identify trends, generate insights, and recommend business improvement strategies.
- Build reports, dashboards, and data-driven solutions to support business decisions.

Required Skills

- Strong SQL and Advanced MS Excel (Power Pivot, VBA)
- Power BI or Tableau
- Python
- Data Analysis, Data Mining, and Data Wrangling
- Statistics, Forecasting, and Regression Analysis
- Machine Learning concepts (KNN, Nave Bayes, SVM, Decision Trees/Forests)
- Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

- Six Sigma / Quality Management exposure
- IBM Cognos knowledge
- Experience in statistical analysis and advanced analytics
