We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Junior Dialysis Technician to join our team in the Nephrology department at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in dialysis technology and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and calibration.

- Monitor patients during dialysis procedures, responding promptly to any complications or issues.

- Administer local anesthesia, anticoagulants, and other medications as prescribed by doctors.

- Monitor blood pressure, blood gases, and other vital signs during dialysis.

- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or certificate in dialysis technology or related field.





- Strong knowledge of dialysis principles, techniques, and equipment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

- Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital protocols.

- Basic life support certification is an asset.
