Job Description :

We are looking for AI Project / Program Managers to lead and drive AI-focused

transformation initiatives for. The ideal candidate should be capable of quickly

understanding AI-related business demands, navigating ambiguity, and converting

opportunities into structured, high-quality delivery programs.

This role requires strong expertise in program/project management, AI/GenAI delivery,

and a strong change management mindset to ensure successful adoption, stakeholder

alignment, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI / GenAI programs and projects from demand intake to

execution and delivery.

• Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured project plans,

roadmaps, and execution models.

• Drive AI portfolio and program management across multiple business

initiatives.

• Partner with business, technology, product, and leadership teams to ensure

successful delivery and alignment.

• Lead change management initiatives to support AI transformation across

functions and teams.

• Develop and execute change adoption strategies, communication plans,

stakeholder engagement plans, and transition roadmaps.

• Enable organizational readiness for AI initiatives by driving user adoption,

process alignment, and change impact assessments.

• Establish strong portfolio governance, status tracking, and executive reporting

mechanisms.

• Manage risks, dependencies, resource capacity, and delivery

timelines effectively.





• Drive enterprise transformation by embedding AI solutions into business

processes and operating models.

• Facilitate agile execution and ensure cross-functional collaboration across teams.

• Drive AI adoption and business value realization through measurable

outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and facilitate decision-making

forums.

• Work closely with technical and delivery teams with a sound understanding of AI

platforms and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 712 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in AI,

analytics, digital, or transformation programs.

• Experience in managing AI/GenAI or digital transformation projects end-to-

end.

• Solid experience in change management, business transformation, and

stakeholder adoption initiatives.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional enterprise programs in dynamic and

ambiguous environments.

• Ability to assess change impact, drive communication, and ensure adoption

across business teams.
