Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong consulting capability with exposure to end-to-end execution across talent-related engagements and solution delivery. Ability to translate client requirements into structured, actionable talent solutions with strong attention to detail. Proven experience in managing client interactions and supporting delivery through a consultative, solution-oriented approach. Demonstrated initiative in driving tasks independently and maintaining quality across multiple workstreams. Passion for the Talent domain with interest in both product and solution perspectives within workforce advisory. Should be able to lead and manage a team, including those that dont directly report into him/ her.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Master of Arts in Psychology
- Master of Commerce
- Master of Business Administration
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience

- Talent Management/ Talent Product Management & Sales 5+ years
