Role & responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical alignment issues, driveline vibrations, or coupling failures for heavy earthmoving vehicles or construction equipment like excavator, loader etc.
- Expert in advanced hydraulic troubleshooting (CLSS, Hydrostatic), core component overhauling, and complex engine diagnostic systems (CRDI, HPCR, MEUI) for excavator or loader.
- Advanced Excavator Repairs & Structural Overhaul: Expert in complete bench repair, internal component inspection, and troubleshooting
- Engine Diagnostics & Advanced Repairs: Mastered Tappet Setting, Head Gasket Replacement, and specialized diagnostic testing including Injectors Cut-off Test, Engine Blow-by Test, Engine Calibration, and Def regeneration.
- Engine Problem Resolution: Diagnosed and resolved complex engine faults like Engine Lugging, RPM drop, low power, engine knocking, overheating,



and advanced Recent EGR System related failures.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and servicing HPCR (High Pressure Common Rail fuel system), CRDI, and MEUI engine systems.
- On-site field service support for Excavators / Loaders
- Intensive hands-on experience in automotive and commercial vehicle assembly lines

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
- 10+ Years of experience within the earthmoving, mining, or heavy construction equipment industry (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes).
- Must have a proven track record in Production/Assembly and Product Support/Service
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling
