We have an opening for Facility Manager in Bengaluru with one of our well known client.

This role reporting to the Sr. GM Corporate Development.

Role & responsibilities

Independently manage facility operations across 8+ India locations to ensure Zero downtime, Zero incidents, 100% service support with focus on safety, sustainability, ISO, HSE & BCP.5

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Property Management Leases, owner liaison, negotiations, utilities, renewals 6 months prior, compliance across 8+ locations
- Infrastructure ManagementAC, Water, Electrical, FAS, CCTV, Seating, UPS, AV. Proactive maintenance plan for early intervention
- Vendor & Team Management Security, Cab, Multi-skill techs, Access, AV vendors. Build sustainable, accountable vendor system. Lead, train & develop facility team + contract staff
- Processes & ComplianceTicketing system, ERP - MS Dynamics D365Drive ISO 14001, 45001, 22301, HSE with ERT, BCP Timely payments, zero disruption. Regular reports + KPIs to Leadership




- Projects & Stakeholder Mgmt End-to-end setup of new commercial/industrial facilities. Drive sustainability initiatives. Cross-functional networking. Emergency response

Qualifications- Graduate + Certification in Facility Mgmt / ISO / Process Mgmt preferred

Experience-8-15 years in Facility Management, min 2-3 years as Manager

Experience setting up new facilities from scratch Independent budget ownership, KPIs, reporting Hi-quality work environment exposure

Key Skills / Attributes Solid grasp of FM across multiple locations

Methodical: People, Time, Vendor, Budget management

Data-driven, process-oriented, documented approach Fluent English - verbal + writtenMS Office + ERP proficiencyIndependent execution + people development.
