Production Specialist - Refinery - Executive / Senior Executive

Reporting to

Plant Head / Section Head

Key Responsibilities

- Handling end-to-end production activities
- Planning production activities as per customer order and production planning
- Achieving production and quality targets
- Planning and coordination with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs
- Motivating workmen and inculcating a culture of self-management and excellence in them
- Calibration of all measuring instruments and gauges
- Maintaining a protected, clean and organized workplace
- Managing the complete team of inline casual staff / labor
- Working on and managing the shop floor
- Supervising the daily output of manufacturing
- Introducing and directing procedures to increase production output
- Adequately judging and handling attendance management, teamwork enhancement and employee complaints




- Preparation of weekly / monthly MIS reports as required by the management and ensure that all related activities are carried out as per specifications

Qualification

Any Graduate, Diploma / Engineering in relevant field

Experience

- Minimum 5 - 8 years relevant experience
- Production experience in metal or related industry

- Excellent productivity and labor management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team-development skills

Other requisites

Following shall be an added advantage:

- SAP Knowledge

Age

30-35 years
