Job Title: Investment Banking Associate / Analyst

Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Finance (Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferred)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Investment Banking skilled with 37years of relevant experience to support M&A; transactions, capital raising, financial analysis, and strategic advisory engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills, along with excellent analytical and presentation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain complex financial models for valuation and transaction analysis.
- Perform company valuations using DCF, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transaction methodologies.
- Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, information memorandums, and other client deliverables.
- Support end-to-end M&A; transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and deal execution.
- Conduct industry, market,



and company research to support strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
