Role & responsibilities

Job Description/ Responsibility Technical Skills 1. Daily Grid Availability, LL, RP Report/Generation & BDR Report (DGR) to CRM by means of active analysis to enhance operational performance (Achieving plant Vs grid availability)
2. Roll out Operation and Maintenance Services as per Plan, Business Requirement and Standards
3. Tracking out daily OMS activity, ensuring optimum utilization of employee skills
4. Plant/substation Preventative Maintenance, Oil testing, Oil filtration schedule preparation and capturing 100% effectiveness and record maintain.
5. Equipment History and ERP data preparation and updation
6. Transformer and HT yard maintenance, Power and control panel maintenance, Knowledge of Relay Logics.
7. MTTR, MTBF, PLF, PR Line loss calculation for Solar Plant electrical equipment. NCR & CFR Report.
8. Knowledge of SCADA, 100% connectivity availability, Communication Protocol scheme, Implementation & maintain SCADA Daily checklist, PM checklist, records etc. 9. Thorough knowledge of electrical test measuring instruments and panel trouble shooting steps in Mega Watt capacity power panel. List equipment's with calibration history & schedule.
10. Process and Quality improvement process knowledge (identifying OMS effectiveness programs)
11. Plant Asset verification at site with ability in interpretation of engineering drawings.
12. Ensuring target achievement and maintaining records like Site MIS, POD, Maintenance Schedule, Quality & Safety audit reports etc.
13. Safety parameter reporting (Near Miss, Unsafe act/Condition as per HOD targets, Incident reporting & investigation report within 24 Hrs.)
14. Operation/Maintenance technical issues Coordination with Design, SCM.
15. Customer curry resolution in time i.e. within 2R Hrs.
16. Recruit, train, supervise human resources.

Coordination for Customer visit at site, action Plan & closing report for observation. 18. RCA reports of breakdown activity & submission to Design/OMS Eng. within 24 Hrs.
19. Researching recent technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
20. Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
21. Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout
22. Contribute towards the achievement of companys strategic and operational objectives
23. Compliances for legal requirements of safety, Environment & Electrical.
