About the Role

Alankaram is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by ensuring smooth order processing and timely coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure seamless order execution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts for smooth order execution.
- Track customer orders, delivery schedules, and dispatch status to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of orders,



customer data, and sales documentation in the ERP system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on orders, dispatches, and pending deliveries.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate internally for quick issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and support process improvements for efficient order management.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Order Management, preferably in a manufacturing or furniture industry.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes is preferred.
