Role & responsibilities

* Install, commission, and calibrate rice color sortex machines at customer sites.

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic faults.

* Troubleshoot CCD cameras, LED lighting systems, ejectors, air compressors, and control systems.

* Optimize machine settings to achieve maximum sorting accuracy and product quality.

* Train customer operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

* Conduct periodic service visits and prepare detailed service reports.

* Coordinate with technical support and spare parts departments to minimize machine downtime.

* Maintain service records, warranty documentation,



and customer feedback.

* Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.

* Travel extensively to customer locations for installation and after-sales service.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with leading color sorter brands.

* Robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

* Ability to work independently under pressure.

* Knowledge of rice milling processes and grain quality standards.

* Proficiency in preparing technical reports and service documentation
