Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Managers to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence in assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Dairy or FMCG industry, with expertise in distributor management, market expansion, and achieving sales targets.

*Experience Required*

3 to 5 years of experience in Dairy/FMCG sales.

Proven experience in handling distributors, retailers, and channel sales operations.

Strong understanding of local markets and consumer dynamics.

Experience in managing and guiding field sales teams.

Local candidates or candidates currently working in the respective locations will be preferred.

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage and develop distributor networks to ensure business growth and market penetration.

Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned business targets.

Identify opportunities for market expansion and increase product availability across the territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers,



and key stakeholders.

Ensure effective retail coverage and execution of sales and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to recommend appropriate business strategies.

Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare periodic reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and market support.

Lead, motivate, and monitor field sales personnel to maximize productivity and performance.

Excellent distributor and channel management capabilities.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.

Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.

*Education*

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
