Job Title:Senior Software Application Engineer
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Job Purpose:Designing, developing and maintaining scalable web and desktop applications tools using Python.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain robust web applications using Python (Django, Flask or FastAPI).
- Design, develop and maintain existing application .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable and testable code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

- 3+ years of skilled experience in C++/Python web development.
- Proficiency in Python and web frameworks like Django, Flask.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with OOAD and C++,C++11/STL and data structures.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to find root cause of software failures and solve software failures.
- Good knowledge of SCRUM and agile development process.
Desirable
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
