What would you do
- This role is part of the Survey Solutions and Insights team. The Analytics and Modeling Specialist will be working on survey design, deployment, delivering data driven insights based on various datasets, helping Accenture improve various business outcome indicators. Works directly with global stakeholders, owns project execution from brief to handoff, mentors team members, and is expected to read research intent behind survey requirements. The role demands both depth in survey and analytics domain, and the judgment to advise stakeholders on what the data means for business decisions.
What are we looking for
- 9 - 12 years of relevant experience
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics or related disciplines.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven depth in more than one of the following, with expertise in at least one Survey Data Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Multivariate Analysis, Time Series Modeling, Customer Segmentation.
- Proficiency in Primary and Secondary research survey design, design of experiments, sampling techniques, focus group moderation, and synthesis of published research.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical tooling skills Python or R for analysis, Power BI for visualization, IBM SPSS Statistics (or equivalent) for survey data.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
- Ability to understand complex real world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.
- Working familiarity with Sentiment Analysis and Text Classification on open-ended survey/feedback data.
- Familiarity with Data Privacy Protection and responsible handling of sensitive HR and workforce data (GDPR awareness).
- Strong stakeholder management comfortable presenting to senior leadership, managing competing priorities, and pushing back on poorly-scoped requests with a better alternative.
- Ability to deliver Actionable Insights at the leadership level framing what the data means for business decisions, not just what the data shows.
- Prior experience mentoring junior analysts or leading small delivery pods; comfort acting as an engagement lead across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Good to have skills:
- Familiarity with Agile principles; Agile certification is a plus
- Basics of Project Management
- Experience in survey data analysis and insights reporting, including Sentiment Analysis and Text Classification on open-ended responses
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of applied survey analytics engagements from problem scoping to insight handoff on medium-to-high complexity projects.
- Synthesize quantitative results from multivariate analysis, segmentation, and time series with qualitative inputs from focus groups and secondary research into a coherent narrative that stakeholders can act on.
- Apply methodological judgment on which analytical and research methods fit which business question balancing rigor, speed, and stakeholder context.
- Solid attention to detail and Quality Parameters.
- Liaison with stakeholders for required inputs to enable execution of defined project.
- Mentor team members in projects and assist in development of expertise in the team.
- Self-learner and organized. Understand and learn tools and processes required to deliver projects.
- Look at ways to improve efficiency of processes and challenge the status-quo.
