- Strong knowledge of UML, XML, Databases
- Solid understanding of multi-threaded applications and their implementations
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented methodologies and software patterns.
- Ability to take ideas from concept to specification with minimal assistance from senior staff
- Ability to work independently on advancing technology design.
- Excellent Programming, debugging and testing skills
- Robust knowledge of alogrithm, data structures and dynamic programming
