- Assist in maintenance and repair of press tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
- Support tool design and modification using NX, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
- Prepare and maintain tool drawings, BOMs, maintenance records, and engineering documents.
- Assist in tool trials, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities.
- Maintain tooling and spare parts inventory, including stock monitoring and record keeping.
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards within the tool room.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing and tooling.
- Proficiency in NX, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Valuable documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and inventory management practices.
