Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct credit appraisal and analysis of proposals to assess borrower's creditworthiness.

- Prepare loan sanction/disbursement memos, including cash flow statements, financial ratios, and other relevant data.

- Monitor ongoing performance of borrowers by reviewing financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions.

- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them through effective risk management practices.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Credit Underwriting or related field (NBFC).

- CA qualification preferred but not mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institution required.

- Solid understanding of accountancy, accounting standards, balance sheet analysis, cash flow statement preparation.
