- Essential Skills Salesforce Experience 10+ or more years of experience in Software development and support related projects and services. 8+ or more years of experience with multiple full cycle implementations of Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities and workflow. Responsible for managing the Salesforce application development and architecture, and working closely with the business stakeholders to develop and deliver the Salesforce strategic roadmap to support business objectives Responsible for the architecture, development and maintenance of Salesforce Service Desk Cloud (Service Desk, Community, Workflow) and integrations (DocuSign eSignature and CLM, FormAssembly, Conga.) Closely manages the project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and support. Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in developing Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, Workflow solutions and analytical applications (e.g. Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Tableau). Lightning Design System, Lightning/Aura Component Development, Apex Programming, Visualforce, Lightning Flow, Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL, SOSL, SOAP and RESTful Web services. Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in Java, JDBC, JSP/Servlets, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, Node, Bootstrap Experience with third party tools integrated with Salesforce: DocuSign eSignature and CLM, Conga,



FormAssembly and GearSet Establishes Customer Relationships focused on the inclusion of customer needs and feedback in application support activities. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, driving conversations with business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision of the Salesforce across a series of projects. Partners with the Salesforce Developers, Programmers, Business Analysts and consultants responsible for Salesforce. Daily and ongoing management and oversight of change implementation, enhancements, and support of these applications in conjunction with the application teams and consultants as needed. This position will ensure proper IT processes are followed and documentation has been completed. This is a hands-on position that will also include on call support, monitoring and troubleshooting of application issues and performance. Exhibits strong task and project management skills in order to manage tasks in a range of size and complexity to ensure project milestones are successfully completed and implementation are completed on time and within budget. Plan, implement, and manage ongoing support for recent and existing Salesforce applications including systems and applications software troubleshooting, software maintenance, enhancements,



and bug fixes using accepted support standards and methodologies Responsible for evaluating all Salesforce software releases, testing, and implementation of all software upgrades and system patches, modifications, and enhancements. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software problems in a timely manner. Determine current and future Application support needs. Develop service level agreements with customers as needed to ensure reliable and efficient systems functionality. Develop and maintain a disaster and communication plan to mitigate risk due to system failure, natural disaster etc. Define and maintain the Salesforce strategic roadmap. Engage governance committees for the prioritization, and approval of Salesforce projects and enhancements. Planning, analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and support of complex multi-user campuswide and departmental applications leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, Workflow and System Integrations. Manage and monitor the progress of all development projects including assignment of work for all staff involved to ensure compliance with Finance standards and guidelines, and adherence to applicable business rules. Leverage agile delivery/development methodology as appropriate.
