We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing candidates and conducting onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work workplace and addressing any workplace issues timely and professionally.
