- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki devices such as switches and routers.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN issues and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of recent technologies into existing networks.
- Provide Level 1 (L1) TO L2 support for network-related incidents and escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in networking field with expertise in Cisco routers and switches.
- Strong understanding of SDWAN technology and its applications.
- Ability to work independently on troubleshooting tasks with minimal supervision.
