VMS Corporation is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs, loan installments, and credit card dues.
- Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines.
- Update customer interaction details and payment commitments in the system.
- Address customer queries related to outstanding dues and payment options.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer relationships throughout the collection process.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- 0-3 years of experience in collections,



telecalling, customer service, or banking operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- DRA certification is highly preferred.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language proficiency is an advantage).
- Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Customer handling and conflict resolution skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
