Facilitate technical and non-technical training sessions / workshops.

Should be ready to handle training sessions / workshops up to 20 days a month.

Handle training sessions / workshop for participants ranging from Freshers till Managerial Level.

Be in a position to facilitate training programs / workshops in both vernacular (Tamil, Telugu & Kannada) and English.

Should have had a track record of having achieved high participant satisfaction scores in every program that he / she has facilitated / delivered so far (over 90%).

Possess hands on experience of having created easy content for the various workshops / training programs facilitated.

Be adaptable to facilitate learning to employees at different settings Structured Class Rooms,



At Showrooms in Customer Service Floor, Make shift / Temporary Training Facilitates at Showrooms.

Is willing to travel to different locations within South India on requirement to facilitate training programs / workshops.

Experience as a trainer in Retail Industry is an added advantage.

Should be necessarily a strong team player possessing the ability to get along with colleagues in L & D Department, Showrooms and other support departments.

Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Application (Powerpoint, Word & Excel) is a must.
