About The Role. We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts and scale our user base. You'll manage and optimize paid ad campaigns, run email and WhatsApp marketing, and use automation tools to drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities. Plan and run paid ads on social media like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (Meta Ads), and other platforms. Create and manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for user acquisition and retention. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics,



Excel, or dashboards. Optimize for ROI, CPC, CTR, PPC and conversion rate Work with product and content teams to align growth marketing with business goals. Run A/B tests, improve landing pages, and try new growth hacks. Requirements. Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles. Having experience should minimum 1 year Lead or manager. Proven success in managing paid acquisition campaigns. Hands-on experience with email, Social media, and CRM. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience working in a startup or EdTech or tech setting is a plus.
