Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Order Processing Intern to join our operations team on the night shift. This is a

great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in order management and back-end

operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately and within defined timelines
- Verify order details, update systems, and coordinate with relevant teams
- Handle order-related documentation and data entry
- Flag and escalate discrepancies or delays as needed
- Support the team in meeting daily processing targets

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or completed graduation/undergraduate studies (any stream)
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, data entry tools)




- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace
- No prior experience required

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
