Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and manage Agency Advisors.
Drive sales and achieve business targets through the Agency Channel.
Build and maintain robust relationships with advisors and channel partners.
Conduct field activities, training, and joint sales calls.
Ensure high productivity and business growth within the assigned territory.
Deliver excellent customer service while expanding the agency network.

Eligibility
Minimum 1+ years of experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel.
Experience in sales, agency recruitment, and team handling is preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
