Customer Support Executive - Inbound Voice Process (100% Work From Home)

Job Description:We are hiring for the voice process. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home role where you will act as the operational lifeline for delivery partners on the field, resolving real-time fulfillment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rider Support: Handle incoming calls from delivery partners and resolve on-field queries instantly.
- Order Management: Manage Customer Denied Orders (CDO), cancellations, and rider unassignments.
- Weight Escalations: Review order sizes via internal dashboards and assign extra riders for heavy loads.
- SOP Adherence: Strictly follow call scripts, timelines, and guidelines to ensure high efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Gross Salary (CTC): 15,000 per month
- Net Take-Home Salary: 11,982 per month
- Performance Bonus: 1,929 quarterly bonus
- Extra benefits: PF (Provident Fund) + ESIC benefits included

- Education: Undergraduates / Graduates in any stream can apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

fluent communication skills in both English & Hindi (Mandatory).
- Mandatory System Setup: Must own a personal laptop/desktop with a stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

Shift & Leave Policy:

- Shifts: Rotational 9-hour shifts (including night shifts).
- Leave Policy: Strict Zero-Leave Policy for the first 90 days (Training & Nesting phase).

Selection & Interview Process:Candidates must clear a 3-stage screening process to qualify:

1. L1 Round: Initial HR screening and basic communication check.
2. L2 Round: Operational assessment and process compatibility round.
3. Client Round: Final approval round with the Blinkit team.
