- Experience: 0-4 years

- Prior experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage

- Basic knowledge of computers is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers/patients as per business requirements

- Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve queries effectively

- Provide accurate information about services/products

- Maintain proper call records and update relevant details in the system

- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through explicit and courteous communication

Key Skills Required

- Good verbal communication skills

- Ability to interact politely and confidently with callers

- Basic computer and data entry skills

- Willingness to work in shifts

- Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
- Languages required: Hindi, English, Bengali

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Shift-based)
