Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Operate machinery and equipment under the guidance of supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor product quality and report defects or deviations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Record production data and prepare basic reports.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
