The MIS Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Management Information System (MIS), ensuring accurate data management, timely report generation, dashboard preparation, and providing analytical support to management for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
Automate reports and improve MIS processes.
Manage and maintain databases and Excel-based reporting systems.
Support management with business analysis and performance reports.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Ensure timely submission of all reports.
Required Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts)
Power BI (Preferred)
SQL (Preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and coordination skills
