Job Title: Quality Control Executive Vehicle Inspection

Job Summary

We are hiring a Quality Control Executive to support vehicle inspection and valuation operations. The role involves assessing vehicles through images, verifying vehicle details, preparing inspection remarks, managing operational data, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong automobile knowledge, excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect vehicle images and assess the overall condition of the vehicle.
- Identify visible damages, dents, scratches, missing parts, and other defects through images, and record accurate inspection remarks in the system.
- Verify vehicle details, specifications, and supporting documents before updating them in the system.
- Identify and validate vehicle specifications such as fuel type (Petrol, Diesel, CNG, Electric), transmission type, body type, make, model, and variant.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components to ensure accurate quality checks.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspection and valuation data.
- Create and maintain records and operational data in the system.




- Conduct telephonic verification with customers or relevant stakeholders whenever required.
- Fetch vehicle registration and tax details from the Vahan portal.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of inspection and valuation activities.
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

Functional Skills

- Strong knowledge of automobiles, including vehicle parts, components, and basic technical specifications.
- Ability to inspect vehicles through images and identify visible damages and defects.
- Valuable understanding of fuel types (Petrol, Diesel, CNG, Electric), transmission types, and vehicle variants.
- Strong observation and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in vehicle inspection, vehicle valuation, quality control, automotive operations, or a related field is preferred.
