Job Description Job Summary Info ABB is looking for an experienced ERP Application Service Manager to lead end-to-end SAP application service delivery and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Must Have Manage SAP application support and service delivery with a focus on SLA adherence and system availability. Must Have Lead and mentor a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support specialists. Must Have Optimize application performance, manage upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements. Must Have Collaborate with business stakeholders, drive user adoption, and lead change management initiatives. Must Have Support ERP implementation projects, releases, and governance activities. Required Experience: Must Have 8 –10 years of ERP/SAP application management experience. Must Have Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
Must Have Hands-on experience with enterprise SAP applications such as SAP GTS, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM. Must Have Robust understanding of SAP architecture, ITIL-based service management, cloud platforms (SAP Cloud, Azure, AWS), integrations, and ERP operations. Must Have Experience managing ERP implementation, support, and enhancement projects. Preferred Qualifications: Must Have ITIL, PMP, or SAP certifications. Must Have Experience with Agile/DevOps and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Must Have Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Financial Services domains.
