A Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) at TexoraAI acts as the bridge between customers, product engineering, AI solutions, and implementation teams. The role focuses on deploying, customizing, and optimizing TexoraAI solutions for enterprise customers.

Role Overview

The TexoraAI Forward Deployment Engineer works directly with customers to understand business challenges, implement AI-powered solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement

- Work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops and solution assessments.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Solution Deployment

- Deploy TexoraAI solutions across customer environments.
- Configure AI agents, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
- Support cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.

Integration & Automation

- Integrate CRM, Contact Center, ITSM, and enterprise applications.
- Develop APIs and workflow automations.
- Configure data pipelines and AI services.

Reliability & Operations

- Monitor solution performance and availability.
- Support SRE and observability initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize deployments.

Product Feedback

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams.




- Provide customer feedback to improve TexoraAI capabilities.
- Participate in feature validation and testing.
