Work Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Candidates from Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) and Uttar Pradesh who are willing to relocate to Raipur are preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing service team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of medical equipment at customer locations. You will play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted performance of life-saving medical devices while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, test, and calibrate medical equipment such as:
- Syringe Pumps
- Infusion Pumps
- Blood & Fluid Warmers
- DVT Pump

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per scheduled service plans.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical training to hospital staff and end users.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by minimizing equipment downtime.
- Travel across Raipur and nearby assigned areas to provide field service support.

Were Looking For:

- Fresh graduates passionate about medical technology and field service
- Experienced candidates (1+ year) in service roles, especially in medical equipment or similar industries
- Robust communication skills and ability to build rapport with hospital staff
- Basic understanding of electronics/mechanical systems
- Willingness to travel and work independently on the field
- Problem-solving attitude and a drive to learn new technologies
