- Global BD & Network Expansion: Recruit and manage international distributors to grow sales for granite and marble products.
- Strategy & Marketing: Plan and run budget-aligned ATL/BTL campaigns, competitive selling programs, and current product launches globally.
- Export Order Execution: Cross-functionally align with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely export fulfillment.
- Global Representation: Travel overseas, participate in trade fairs, and build strong ties with embassies and export promotional councils.
- Leadership Support: Accompany and support the Director on international business development trips.
