Key Responsibilities

1. Perform Cold/Hot Kiln alignment for kiln located in DRI, Cement, Chemical plant.
2. Execute on-site grinding operations, including surface corrections, tolerance verification, and post-processing inspections.
3. Lead and support the erection and installation of heavy mechanical components such as rotary kilns, tyres, rollers, gearboxes, and related assemblies.
4. Conduct dimensional inspections, equipment levelling, and high-accuracy measurements using Total station, Auto level, dial gauges, laser alignment tools, and other precision instruments.
5. Prepare detailed technical reports, alignment records, inspection logs, and project progress documentation.
6. Coordinate effectively with project managers, contractors, and client teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of site activities.
7. Comply with all safety standards, quality guidelines, and project specifications throughout mechanical operations.

Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions during commissioning and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 2–6 years of hands-on experience in cement/DRI kiln.
3. Strong understanding of rotary equipment, industrial tolerances, and mechanical fits.
4. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GA layouts.
5. Strong troubleshooting capability and practical decision-making skills.
6. Positive communication and technical reporting skills.
7. Willingness to travel extensively PAN India and work across various industrial sites.

Preferred Experience

1. Experience with cement plant equipment such as rotary kilns and mills, or in similar heavy industries.
2. Exposure to shutdown maintenance, commissioning activities, or large-scale project execution
