Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Quality Inspector with hands-on experience in quality inspection of sheet metal parts in a press shop environment. The candidate must be skilled in reading engineering drawings, using quality instruments, and performing thorough part/equipment checks for hinges and door accessories manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components.
- Check parts and assemblies as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
- Identify defects, deviations, and take corrective action in coordination with production.
- Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.




- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Work closely with production and tooling teams to ensure consistent product quality.

Candidate Requirements:

- 24 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection in a sheet metal press shop.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quality specifications.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and instruments.
- Detail-oriented with a positive understanding of quality processes.
