Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions through voice calls and provide excellent support for our domestic customers. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or voice process operations. Candidates should possess basic communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Attend customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service engineers.
- Follow up with customers regarding installations, services, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Provide information about products, services, offers, and AMC plans.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Generate daily call reports and customer interaction reports.
- Support sales and service teams in customer coordination activities.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain positive customer relationships.





Preferred candidate profile

- Basic to moderate communication skills in English and Tamil
- Ability to understand and respond to customer queries politely.
- Basic English reading and writing skills preferred.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and patience
- Any Arts Degree (B.A., B.Com., BBA, B.Sc. or equivalent)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
- Preference for candidates with 12 years of experience in:
- Customer Care
- Telecalling
- Voice Process
- Customer Support
- Front Office Operations
- Candidates who can work along targets.
