Key Deliverables of this role 1. Lead industrial engineering initiatives across core building, winding, assembly, and testing areas. 2. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, throughput, and cost optimization. 3. Plan and implement plant layout changes, line balancing, and capacity enhancements. 4. Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives. 5. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (OEE, productivity, cost per unit, etc.). 6. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. 7. Develop and mentor IE team members. 5. Must have’ functional competency 1. Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and methods (Time Study, Method Study, Line Balancing) 2. Knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes 3. Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools 4.



Solid analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Working knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks for layout design 6. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques 6.
