- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (agency channel preferred).
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
