Experience: 12 - 15 years in plant HR and min. 5+ years in managerial position.

About the Company

A rapidly growing textile manufacturing organization operating a highly automated Industry 4.0 manufacturing facility is looking for a dynamic Plant HR Head to lead Human Resources at its expanding manufacturing unit. The role demands a strong blend of strategic HR, statutory compliance, industrial relations, plant administration, and business partnering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership

- Lead complete Plant HR function.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to achieve business objectives.
• Build a high-performance work culture.
• Drive manpower planning aligned with expansion plans.
• Lead recruitment across workmen, staff, engineers and managerial positions.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure complete compliance with Labour Laws. • Handle Factory-related statutory requirements. • Coordinate labour inspections.
• Liaise with Government Departments.
- Maintain statutory registers and records. • Ensure zero compliance deviations.

Industrial Relations

- Maintain healthy employee relations. • Handle grievance redressal.
• Conduct disciplinary proceedings.
• Drive positive industrial climate.
- Manage contractor workforce.
• Handle conflict resolution effectively.

Plant HR Operations

- Recruitment & Onboarding • Performance Management • Training & Development

Candidate Profile

- MBA (HR) / MSW
• 10–15 years’ experience in Plant HR
• Textile or Manufacturing industry preferred
• Solid exposure to Plant HR
• Excellent Industrial Relations experience
• Strong statutory compliance knowledge
• Exposure to HRMS/ERP
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on approach with strong business orientation • Willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
