Objective: responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) fired boilers.
Key Responsibilities
- Boiler Operation: Assist in starting, monitoring, and shutting down HSD-fired boilers under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.
- Monitoring Parameters: Record steam pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and water levels.
- Routine Maintenance: Support preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning burners, checking valves, and inspecting pipelines.
- Documentation: Maintain logbooks of daily operations, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
- Team Support: Work closely with senior operators and maintenance staff to ensure smooth plant operations.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade.
- Boiler Operator Certificate (if applicable, depending on local regulations).
- Basic knowledge of HSD fuel systems and boiler operation principles.
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn advanced boiler operation techniques.
- 1-3 years with boiler certificate is must
