We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager / PMO to support the planning, execution, and governance of projects across engineering and IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global client engagements, working across industrial/automation domains, and ensuring successful delivery under both fixed-price and T&M; models.

This role requires a blend of project coordination, stakeholder management, and technical understanding to drive execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

- 8+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles within engineering or IT services.
- Proven experience working with global clients in industrial, automation, or embedded domains.
- Strong experience in delivering projects under Fixed-Price and T&M; models.

Technical & Domain Skills

- Solid understanding of:
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Embedded systems and engineering workflows

- Exposure to:

- Industrial automation
- Control systems
- IIoT / Digital Engineering

- Familiarity with delivery models:

- Agile
- Waterfall
- Hybrid methodologies

Tools & Technologies





- MS Project
- Jira & Confluence
- Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting preferred)
- ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar)
