Job Purpose:
Manage CIC processes and fraud prevention for Home Loans at origination stage
Investigate frauds, disputes and discrepant cases
Review verification reports and sampled cases
Conduct cross-checks and portfolio fraud investigations
Manage outsourcing risk and vendor compliance
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and law enforcement
Ensure TAT adherence, MIS tracking and reporting

Job Responsibilities:
Screen and sample Home Loan cases for fraud detection
Conduct Posidex, Hunter, crime and CIC checks
Review closure tagging and CIC decline cases
Investigate applicant, vendor and channel collusion cases
Perform customer and merchant investigations
Conduct PAR checks including EWS and staff accountability
Review disbursed HL cases where other products are declined
Perform CIC cross-checks and CPV validations
Monitor non-starter, early mortality and referral cases
Manage outsourcing risk and vendor onboarding checks




Conduct surprise audits of DSA premises
Handle customer complaints within defined TAT
Ensure compliance with CIC guidelines, FIU, IBA and SOX requirements
Review outsourced agents periodically
Network with peer banks to gather fraud intelligence
Maintain negative databases, MIS and investigation reports

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, Engineering or equivalent)

Compliance and regulatory knowledge
Proactive approach and multitasking ability

Experience Required:
Experience in Risk, Credit, Collections or Operations
Banking, NBFC, Telecom or Insurance industry experience preferred
