Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager/Deputy Manager Quantity Surveying (QS) & Billing to lead commercial and contractual functions for EPC construction projects. The role covers contractor-side quantity surveying, client billing, subcontractor billing, contract administration, cost control, measurement certification, and commercial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications and contracts.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and verify executed quantities.
- Prepare and submit client RA bills and final bills.
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills.
- Manage contract administration, variation orders, claims and EOT documentation.
- Monitor project cost, budget, cash flow and profitability.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Site, QA/QC and Finance.
- Prepare commercial MIS/CTC and maintain documentation.

Deputy Manager: 12-15 years. Manager: 15-20 years in EPC/Construction.
