mncmart.com is hiring Field Service Technicians for its After Sales Service Department. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and customer support for Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances at customer locations.

Job Location : Delhi and NCR ,

Each Distict of UP , Punjab, Hariyana, Himachal Pradesh , Rajastan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Orisa.

Note : Candidate intrested to work in above region only need to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations for assigned service calls.
- Install and demonstrate products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Perform repair and maintenance with HO online/video support.
- Replace spare parts as per company procedures.
- Handle warranty & paid service calls.
- Update service reports through the mobile app.
- Ensure resolution of complaint within define TAT. Complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Manager and Head Office.
- Follow company safety and service standards.





Candidate Profile

- ITI (Electronics, Electrical, Electrician, or relevant trade). / Diploma
- Freshers and candidates with 3 years of service experience can apply.
- Knowledge of LED TV, AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Air Cooler, or Home Appliance servicing preferred.
- Willing to travel for field service.
- CRM App.
- Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.
- Own two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred.
