Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for bancassurance products through partnerships with banks.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at bank branches, understanding their needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, training programs, and product offerings that resonate with bank customers.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, general insurance sales, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust understanding of the financial services industry, including insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
