Role & responsibilities
1. Having Knowledge about inspection process (Receiving, In process & Final inspection)
2. Having knowledge about handling the IMTEs
3. Skill to perform and make Inspection reports
4. Update , Monitoring & Maintaining Rejection, Rework record
5. Analytical skill about the rejections ( Supplier & in process)
6. Update QMS documentation on shop floor on periodic manner
7. Communication skill to transform the Quality issues through Q alert & OPL
8. Having knowledge about IATF 16949 & Customer specific Requirements
9. Having knowledge about SPC
10. Led root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why) for customer complaints
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in the Fasteners and Forging industry only will be considered.
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma
Experience: Minimum 2 years to Maximum 5 years
