We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Lead to oversee and manage electrical projects related to Utility Systems, High Tension (HT), and Low Tension (LT). The role requires expertise in planning, execution, operations, and maintenance of electrical and utility infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Planning

- Lead planning and execution of electrical projects, including HT/LT installations, substations, transformers, DG sets, and utility systems.

- Oversee erection, commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical projects.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Utility Management

- Manage operations and maintenance of utilities including HVAC, compressors, boilers, chillers, water treatment plants, and other auxiliary systems.

- Optimize energy usage and ensure uninterrupted supply of power and utilities to all plant operations.

- Implement energy conservation measures and monitor efficiency KPIs.

HT & LT Systems

- Ensure smooth functioning of HT/LT distribution systems, switchgear, busbars, panels, and protection systems.

- Carry out periodic preventive and predictive maintenance of HT/LT systems.





- Coordinate with State Electricity Board/Distribution Company for approvals, load enhancement, and statutory compliances.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and ISO guidelines.

- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure adherence to lockout/tagout and permit-to-work systems.

- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and statutory clearances.

Team & Vendor Management

- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians for daily operations and project execution.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for project execution and AMC services.

- Review vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare MIS reports on utility performance, energy consumption, and downtime analysis.

- Maintain detailed records of electrical assets, maintenance history, and statutory inspections.
