- Manage Site Engineers and check there performance and update to the Partners
- Execute HVAC projects and coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Handle site escalations related to manpower, materials, design, and quantity deviations.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and deliveries.
- Coordinate daily with labor teams and site staff.
- Prepare MIS reports, site audits, billing, and project documentation.
- Support process improvements and ensure adherence to installation standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 3 to 9 years in HVAC project execution or operations management.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Skills: Strong expertise in HVAC/MEP project management, client coordination, billing, and material planning.
